TraderSqr is a curated B2B trade platform connecting verified suppliers with qualified retailers. By accessing or using the platform, users agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

1. Platform Role

TraderSqr facilitates transactions between suppliers and retailers by providing:

1. supplier discovery and product listings
2. order processing and coordination
3. payment handling through approved payment partners
4. logistics coordination and distribution support
5. dispute resolution between parties

TraderSqr does not manufacture or own the products listed by suppliers.

2. Account Registration

Users must create an account and provide accurate business information.

TraderSqr may require:

1. business registration documents
2. tax identification details
3. identity verification

TraderSqr reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend accounts.

3. Eligibility

TraderSqr is strictly a business-to-business platform.

Users must:

1. operate a legally registered business
2. comply with applicable trade and regulatory laws
3. provide accurate information during registration

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

1. provide false information
2. attempt to bypass the platform to transact directly
3. list counterfeit or illegal products
4. engage in fraud or abusive behaviour
5. interfere with platform security or operations

Violations may result in suspension or termination of the account.

5. Platform Responsibilities

TraderSqr coordinates transactions, logistics, and communication between buyers and suppliers.

However:

1. suppliers remain responsible for product quality and compliance
2. logistics and payment services may be provided by third-party partners
3. TraderSqr cannot guarantee performance of external service providers beyond stated service levels

6. Changes to Terms

TraderSqr may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
