Cancellation Before Order Processing
Buyers may cancel orders before the supplier starts preparing the goods.
Where cancellation is approved at this stage:
Cancellation After Processing Begins
Once a supplier has started preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible.
Requests may be reviewed depending on order status.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
However, buyers may submit a claim if goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Such cases will be handled through the Refund & Return Policy.
